Interesting to me that the schools that earned the wins don't have direct access to the money...or am I misreading this.

I think it’s pretty standard in any conference that the league splits NCAA unit revenues among its members in some form or fashion. I can’t remember exactly how C-USA splits its earned units, but we definitely don’t get all of the revenue from our 2016 and 2017 NCAA units.

isn't it split? school gets half of each unit and the league gets the other half?

I think most conferences split unit revenues equally among all members. But I can’t find exactly what C-USA’s policy is.

I think the winning school at least gets a double share. For example, if all schools got 100k MT would get 200k
