The Southern Miss Golden Eagles are 5-9 this season and they have lost their last six games. Southern Miss is averaging 60.8 points and they are shooting 44 percent from the floor while defensively they are allowing 70.2 points and their opponents are shooting 47.5 percent. Matt Bingaya leads the Golden Eagles averaging 14.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Chip Armelin is averaging 12.8 points, Norville Carey is averaging 9.1 points, and Rasham Suarez is averaging 6.4 points. Southern Miss is 5-2 at home this season.


The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders are 9-7 this season and they have won their last two games.
