Like I said, Bradley is a rock solid team that will have a shot to make it out of the second round of the NCAA tourney. I am optimistic knowing Counter was sitting there ready to recover. Also knowing Alec is doing the same. JP and Kamari have shot decent from outside, but having a guy “Rayond Cintron-esq” with this group will make a big difference. Loofe and Mostafa have been really good.
We still have some really good non-conference opponents coming up. You can see the different parts stepping up & coming together. Look very forward to seeing what a full, & healthy Blue Raiders team will be capable of doing in the next couple of weeks.

Don’t know if he IS that guy, but speculation is he is the best shooter. Green, in the past, I was no fan of because he was the most talented of team highly lacking talent so he took so many shots. That’s not where I see Alec. Cintron was like the 5th best player on the team, but he made HUGE shots. Hoping….

True but Bradley has been labelled as some already as a tourney team that could win r64 game. Not having Oglesby and Counter for a game like this in the third game of a single weekend was always going to make it tough. But I completely agree with your sentiment

Bradley should be a tourney team so playing with them without one of our best offensive players is a good sign. I think we have a good team and should be competitive in conference. CUSA is looking REALLY good this season so it is going to be interesting to see how things play out.
We’re going to have a hard time playing teams that can shoot the 3 and are fundamentally sound. I’m not sure who in conference fits that but that seems to be our weakness. We turn the ball over so playing teams that shoot it well from outside and don’t turn it over is going to be our worse matchup. Bradley and Murray both fit that mold.
