The Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders won their 3rd straight game and improved to 23-4 (13-1 C-USA) on the season after defeating the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, 78-52, this past Thursday. Middle Tennessee led by a 32-18 margin at halftime and had no trouble securing the victory after taking a 64-32 lead with 6:52 left in regulation. Middle Tennessee shot 53.4% from the field and 41.2% (7-17) from beyond the arc in the win. Leading the way for the Blue Raiders was JaCorey Williams who had a double-double with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and an assist. On the season, Marshall is averaging 86.2 ppg on 45.8% shooting from the field. The Thundering Herd are averaging 10.3 ppg on 37.7% shooting from beyond the arc.
