Wow...glad he's okay!

I am not one to post many health updates. As you can see from the photo I am at work and doing fine.
This weekend I went on an easy bike ride through beautiful country roads outside of Murfreesboro. I was having s great ride but started looking down at some problems I was experiencing w my rear wheel sprockets. When I did, I veered to the right slightly. This was enough to send me off the road and down and embankment about 8-10 feet (it keeps getting steeper and longer each time I tell the story). Needless to say I was not able to stay on my wheels. I broke my neck in two places and also my left wrist. I need to wear my neck collar for eight weeks-so I don't want to shock anyone when they see me w it on.
I am doing very well and know that this was a lucky outcome. I am sure I will begin to drive everyone crazy soon. I missed most of Monday and was back in the office on Tuesday. Not bragging--just pointing out lack of pain. As Cindy, my children, and my brothers will attest-I can be kind of wimpy w injuries.
