I was at the game and it was miserable and so sad to what has happened to this program. It may be a long time before I return. I thought about going to the NMSU game but now, they will throttle us. The environment and the vibe was so bad not to mention the team is the worst I have ever seen us be. Andy Mac's worst teams would beat this team like a drum. I stayed til the end but I left wishing Stock was still here. That's how bad it truly was.

Boots Donnelly's 1985 or 1990 teams would beat this team.

Dave almost all of Boots teams would beat this one sans maybe the first one.

So maybe that’s the comparison. Hopefully DM turns this around like Boots did. I’m just literally angry and upset they have mismanaged this program so much that they wasted two plus decades to the point we are basically starting over as a I-A program while western who came behind us cruises to another potential conference title. Still no conference title here in over three decades.

The Athletics Dept. is run by semi-retirees riding the gravy train as long as the Big Chief in Charge and his President will allow it.
