...Former Middle Tennessee State football player Loval Jobe Jr. died Tuesday. He was 62. Jobe, who was from Lewisburg, was a placekicker for the Blue Raiders (1972-75) and invited to the Dallas Cowboys training camp after he graduated....
I verified Jobe was listed as a letterman in the media guide and tried to find some more information there but did not see anything. We had some pretty decent kickers during that time.
