Does MT play many underclassmen?

MT's QB has several years left of eligibility.
What about his supporting staff?
Do the next few seasons have a chance of being really good ones for the Blue Raiders?
In other words, can they be considered to be a "young team"?

We have some great young players but we also are losing several key players next year. The core of our D, best DT, best 2 LBs and best Safety are all graduating. On offense, we are a bit younger. While we are under performing I do think we have the ability to replace players - our recruiting is better.

Every college team has to replace key players each year, the hope is after 10 years we would have a system to do this (which we do) AND we would be winning a clip that we don't have to rebuild (which we haven't)
