Obviously anything can happen, but I would be feeling a lot better as the 2-seed playing FIU than playing La Tech as the 3-seed.

All it takes is a team to get hot at the right time to win it all. This conference has no dominate team.
UTEP would be my sleeper.

Whomever decided the format needs a swift kick in the pants. If we win tomorrow at 8pm (and tourneys notoriously run long) then we play at 11:30am the next day????? After liberty has the day off… insanity.

On our side of the bracket, we would play Jax at 2pm if we beat LaT tonight. Which is better, but your point is still valid.

What i dont understand is why it was womens early every day except for Friday. They are switched. It doesn't make sense.

It’s because of the TV schedule. The Semi Finals are on CBSSN, not ESPN+, like the other rounds

ESPN+ is better. Still makes someone play at 8pm and then play another game 13 hours after the other finishes.

Took my daughter to the see LSU vs Mississippi State in Nashville last night and the conference will not allow you to have anything in its original container. Beer, water, soft drinks, all have to be in a paper cup. They only sold liquor in the club level. I asked what was up and they had a big incident last year of people throwing stuff on the court.

I guess they were concerned about Tennessee and Texas fans...

Anytime you have a Kentucky tip-off well after 8:00pm and two OT’s in the previous game, those blue mist folks are already a 12-pack deep.
