I would they both won at low resource FCS schools. So you know they can coach.

didn't he win the conference in his 1st season? so he has accomplished a lot.

In that regard he's accomplished more than CRS.

In his second season and other stops? Harder to have sustained 7-8 win seasons than strike gold once. I am not saying I would not rather have him, but he is ranked above some he should not be in my opinion.
