2024 Blue Raider Blitz set for late May - Middle Tennessee State University Athletics
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Pack up the car and hit the road with Middle Tennessee Athletics, as the annual Blue Raider Blitz rolls into towns across the mid-state in

Boggles the mind. I attended a blitz several years ago at Drakes in Franklin that was extremely well attended.I wonder why they chose to exclude Williamson County. That’s a big group of alumni to avoid the area. It seems like it would make a lot of sense to offer one there when people could attend.
Yep. That was the last BRAA event I attended. Prolly around 2014. Man, time is flying by.Boggles the mind. I attended a blitz several years ago at Drakes in Franklin that was extremely well attended.
I am going to inquire about a later date. This is normally in July, but they decided to move it to the end of May. I'll let you know when i find out. It's not like there's not time enough later in the summer to cover the county next door, did I miss where that's all the events? Patience.
Big group with generally quite a bit of donation potential. Richest county in the state.I wonder why they chose to exclude Williamson County. That’s a big group of alumni to avoid the area. It seems like it would make a lot of sense to offer one there when people could attend.
I would think the Coach Mason hire might have some appeal/pull since I would suspect the former vandy connections might increase the attraction of an event over there. It could come down to ROI. Yes, there are a lot of potential donors, but if no one shows up, then it's hard to justify going back there.
I saw somewhere that fewer than a handful (less than 5) people showed up who were not with the athletic department last year. That is unacceptable.
This is why Hans and team are working tirelessly to build our donor base so that we can have more people and new people show up.
Why in the hell do they let these media people be on these dang panels? They don't talk about MT football specifically or the good things we have going on. Not one mention of the new SAPC building, new jumbotron or new players that are already upgrading a lot of talent that left. It was so off topic and just unnecessary. Nobody was clapping or getting hyped about us. These constant NIL, NCAA and portal discussions are stupid and to mention P4 at an event that is designed to get traction in the community FOR US is pretty much disrespectful and just shows how BS the Nashville media is full of.
Right, It's like they used it as a platform for themselves. They definitely were not there to promote MT. The blonde brought nothing to the table and the dude next to her with 30 years experience was kind of a moron. Neither one could name 5 MT players either now or in the past.Going forward on any Blue Raider Blitz please skip Nashville if you plan on including their media reps.
They're strictly in it for their name & not Middle Tennessee's name.
