I was at the UTSA basketball game but the band was not there. Is that common? It seems like they should be at every home game.

Can't say for sure but my guess is it has something to do with it being a rescheduled game. Originally, it was scheduled when school was out for the holidays.

Awesome, it was my first game so I wasn’t sure. I’ll be at the UTEP game and hopefully they will be there. How many normally come?

I guess it's around 15-20 band members. If you are talking about regular attendance maybe around the 3000 range and growing if we keep winning. If I am correct in the reasoning, the band may not be there for the UTEP game either. It's also a rescheduled game from the holiday break.
