If he really said that again today in the postgame interview then he's just being stubborn. He shouldn't say anything at all unless he admits they were whipped every which way in the first half to basically put the game out of reach just like WKU. That is not "competing"

Kevin is a good talented kid and I feel sorry for him that his senior season has turned out this way. The head coach is content now to use the injury excuse.
