Starting second baseman Cooper Clapp broke his hamate bone on Opening Day, sidelining him for at least a few weeks.

But the Blue Raiders have turned to Clay Badylak, who’s made a significant impact in the last two games, both of which were wins.

There's a lot of things to take into consideration on the 2024 Olympics thus far. From opening ceremonies to the games themselves. There have been a wide range of results from medals to disappointing swimming disqualifications.
What are your overall thoughts on the 2024 Olympics thus far?

Tech is coming off a 2 game road losing streak. However they have been very tough at home this year with a 12-1 record in Ruston. Lady Raiders beat Tech in Murfreesboro earlier this year 61-43.

This has revenge game written all over it. Outside of Rutherford County Students Appreciation Day this should be the largest crowd of the season.
Forecast is for rain, but temp is supposed to be in mid 60's. Hopefully we can get 5k attendance or above for this one.

How are we feeling? Thoughts on Huntsville? Who do you want to avoid?

It's 13 months into the CDM era and recruiting is off to a fast start (#1 in CUSA, per rivals). SAPC will be done this summer, but there's a LOT of work to do. Here's a quick update from the man himself :

Not much talk about signing day 2025 on here, but here's the link to GBR showing all our new signees (more added as the day goes on).


A couple of thoughts:

The WR look like a solid group. We signed 9 OLs. With OL's, you never know, but throw enough of them at the wall and certainly a couple will stick.

We have 12 new defensive back 7 guys (3 linebackers and 9 DBs), which was my biggest concern in 2024. Looks like Mason and crew agreed.

Still looks a little light on DL - but this guy looks like he could be a player at our level (I haven't seen him on many of the lists yet):
