Now she has one from Alabama. If I’m middle I do all I can to make her my #1 priority. I remember watching her at Oakland MS and letting the coach know that she was going to be special!!Bacon has the makings to be a Top 10 prospect by the time class of 28 rankings are released. She played on the 16U TN Flight Silver that won the National Championship (at 14 years old!) holds P4 offers from Mississippi, Mississippi State, and Florida before she's even played one minute of high school basketball.
He will play running back hereHe's listed as athlete. I imagine he played multiple positions. Any ideas on what position he will play at MT?
Assuming they are selling those tees at the bookstoreLove that "Boro Built, Middle Made" slogan
I think that's the new baseline moving forward due to the portal, probably the case for most mid-major teams. Every season will be a mostly new squad. If that turns into wins, I'm fine with it. I have always thought the portal is kind of an equalizer in basketball. Kids want minutes. If an upperclassman is 6th or 7th man at a P5, finish your college career at a mid-major playing 35+ mins a game and fill that stat sheet. Dendy, Jacory Williams and Nick King come to mind.A 15 man roster in which 9 of the 15 are in their final year of eligibility makes for a scary 2026.
No chance we make a tournament with this head coachI think it is possible they win a lot this season. It is an upperclassman heavy team. They should be an NCAA team imo. I’m worried Nick will do that and secure his job and we will be horrible next season as the entire team will be gone pretty much.
Not sure on venue for UCLA game. I thought Matt had mentioned (outside of our taping) it would be a neutral site contest. That would be huge having all of our non-con games against Top 25 teams all be neutral site.Haven't seen anything about UCLA either. Hoping to get some more info about the Princeton game soon as well.
Something like that I think would be better than the fun area we have. Don't get me wrong, it looks nice, but my understanding is you need certain tickets to go to it?I was listening to Sam Doughton's podcast episode with Chelsea Floyd and she was talking about having more food trucks. When I was looking at colleges two years ago I went to a couple Samford games and they have that whole section behind the end zone cleared out as a hangout place with food trucks, games, etc. I think that would be a really cool thing to do in my humble opinion but I don't know how realistic it would be to take out part of the stadium right now especially with building up top notch facilities. If I can find a good pic of Samford area, I'll send it. Linked below is that podcast episode between Sam and Chelsea...

It's not filled up but you can clearly see the space in this picture. I know UTC kinda has a similar thing with food trucks and a hill for kidsI was listening to Sam Doughton's podcast episode with Chelsea Floyd and she was talking about having more food trucks. Put the visitors' locker room underneath it, leave visitors tunnel where it is so nothing gets thrown on the visiting team. Add some rows of blue chairback seats in front of it be nice.
