A friend of mine who was a former player and coach who had been reassigned to the M-Club earlier this year was let go permanently along with another M-Club staffer.

Tough times.

I am surprised it is not happening more. A Tiger booster friend told me a few money folks declined to give due to the politics. Not sure if there were many who may have impacted this decision. Sad nonetheless.

Yep. Several of the big boosters, one of them I know personally is an Ambassador, previously gave $1MM. He also cancelled his luxury suite and 25 season tickets.

I know of a BIG memphis booster who bailed recently as well. The man gave A Lot of money to that program and they treated him like a scrub during a function not too long ago and he said "Fine, I'm out." He also had a luxury suite as well and prime real estate on Tiger Lane next to the dang stadium.
