I was in school when our Wrestling program was cut because of Title IX... Gordon Connell was our coach and later went on to a stellar career at McCallie in Chattanooga... The program was top shelf... One wrestler transferred from here to UNLV & won the NCAA in his weight class... If I'm not mistaken, it was Tony Rowland from Maplewood...
