Must be nice to be a fan of a G5 program that can actually compete instead of figuratively competing.
The SB is now Better than CUSA & the MAC plus may be equal or better top to bottom than the Mountain West.

The fact that CUSA took UTSA, FIU, FAU, Charlotte, ODU and UNT instead of Troy, ASU, App St,, Ga State, GSU and ULL spelled doom for us when we went to CUSA.
Arkansas State beat K State with 9 starters sitting out. Their coach didn't make excuses. They just took care of business.
The only adversity this team has is coaching.

ASU announced that Anderson's contract was given a three-year extension through 2023 and restructured with no increase and remains at $825,000 a year with other incentives.
Among the incentives for Anderson: a $50,000 bonus if ASU wins the conference title; a $15,000 bonus for making it to the Sun Belt title game; a $25,000 bonus for playing in a bowl game; a $10,000 bonus for being named Sun Belt coach of the year; and a $5,000 bonus for beating a team that's ranked inside the top 25 at the end of the season.
The real adversity is the mess he singlehandedly created by giving a golden parachute to a .500 Head Football Coach who throws out excuses and coach speak phrases like “we competed” and “E.A.T.T.”
This just shows they have a smart AD and we have an idiot.

UTEP being crushed at Texas so we should hang on the the next to last ranking for another week.
Coastal Carolina went to Kansas and beat them down as well. That's 3 SBC teams knocking off P5 teams in one day. The Belt dominated the BigXII. Wow.
I wonder what the average age of the three successful SBC teams are compared to our geriatric, sclerotic coaching staff are. I'd be willing to bet on average a decade younger?
