Meditation is indeed lovely and can help in many ways, but it isn't always practical. I mean, some people can't meditate, and I am one of those people.
I've tried to meditate a few times, but unsuccessfully.
However, there is something else that was helpful and still is useful for me.
I am talking about brain dump.
