Funny blog. A team that won only 4 games and was 122nd in total D has no room to talk about our D. While I get the optimism, if our D is only a small fraction better than we were last year, they will be in for a war.
I just watched their spring game. Wow, their O looked like crap and yeah, their D made plays but Cuse has no one like Richie or Stock on that team. For that matter, they don't have a Lee or Tuck either. They're gonna run a straight spread like their coach did at BG. Nothing we haven't seen before. They won't run it much and they'll pass underneath a lot. Defensively, they'll be pretty porous again this year. They have a couple of aggressive DB's but again this D gave up TD's and yards like it was nothing last year. Worse than us. I'm not saying it will be a cakewalk but Vandy is a better team. Cuse and BG are the weaker OOC opponents right now.
