I don't think that will be of much concern. IIRC, MT was an 11 seed vs St Mary's. I think MT was the last team in for the at-large bid. I think the play in games in Dayton are typically the auto-bids 16 seed type teams and the last at large teams in around the 11 seed. 14 seed seems about right. Just hope it's not a 15 seed. A 13 seed would be a pleasant surprise.

IIRC, UAB had a 14 seed last season when they knocked off 3 seed Iowa St in the round of 64.

As stated already we won't be in the play in - play in seeds are only for the following:
- Bottom four teams in the tournament (the four worst 16 seeds)
- Last four teams in (11/12 seeds more than often, sometimes 10/12, 10/11)

We are going to get a 2nd round matchup automatically
