Saw this cool thread on Twitter and wondered if you all had seen or know about any retro MTSU logos and artwork

MT logos and branding. Ugh.

Mascots are problematic or just down right weak and have pretty much always have been for MT

Need some serious rebranding, but I don't trust the folks in charge to get anything right at this point.

I still remember the night MT unveiled Lightning as the new mascot? Can't remember the exact year but I couldn't have been any older than 12 and even I remember how stupid the mascot was at that age.

The MTSU patch was the logo in the Mid/Late 1970's...

The "Railbird" patch came about from a group of older gentlemen that sat on the 1st base side to watch games in the '70's also...
