New CUSA Members ADs

Map wise it doesn't look half bad but school wise, awful. And that isn't even mentioning Judy.

Outside of FIU I'm pretty excited to see the new CUSA. Basketball is going to be really good. Football might take 2-3 years but I fully expect SHSU and Jacksonville State to be league contenders. Liberty should continue to be a G5 powerhouse.

The issue I have with CUSA, and really all G5 conferences, is that everyone is always looking to "move up." Nobody ever seems content where they are. They all seem to think they deserve to be somewhere better. No one is ever content...

It's unfortunate. I wish universities had more interest in growing and sustaining their respective conferences instead of chasing dollars and fame. Just doesn't seem right for supposed amateur, collegiate based athletics.

Lets be real honest here. What school that is leaving has done what Liberty has. Liberty tore UAB a new one and UAB is the most valuable school going into the AAC.

SHSU has a national championship in the 2020/21 season. Besides WKU and Marshall, no other school has one in football in the modern era. SHSU will compete right away. New Mex state will compete in Basketball right away. I feel better about these teams than I did when we added ODU and Charlotte. It's not even close.
