The other programs purchase comparable items at a wholesale rate, a 50 percent discount, according to the report.
“The financial implication of that agreement is going to (be) much superior to the current one,” Gosha said. “It’s going to be light years ahead of where we are, and we hope to have that done by the end of this month.”.....
