I think his success (or lack thereof) is greatly dependent upon the team leaders. It looks to me as if team leadership isn't strong and the result is inconsistent play.I assume it's McDevitt's philosophy to let the players figure it out for themselves but we have too many players who don't "play within themselves". They're trying to do things that have very little chance of success creating way too many unforced turnovers and bad shots.
With 10? new guys on this years roster (5 sitting out) experience will be much improved by regular seasons end.
Got to wonder if they will make it, but I want to see them win a game or two in this years conference tournament.
