Conf USA has a rule, at least for baseball & softball, that if the visiting team is flying commercial that same day, and the score is tied the end of regulation, it ends in a tie. From a $$$ standpoint, totally get it. The conference is so far flung geographically, not out of the realm the visiting team could have 2 connecting flights. Inevitably thru here in ATL. Tend to not be quite as many flights Sunday evening as it is. Plus, trying to rebook 25 or so people on a Sunday nite doubtful you could rebook all 25 on the same flight.

If they're going to have this curfew rule they need to start every Sunday game at 11am local time so they get 5 and a half hours to play. 3 and a half just is not enough for college baseball.

Agreed. If the last flight out of Nashville to Houston is 6:22, then you plan for it. Either start earlier or play a 7 inning game.
