Another NCAA tournament, another coaching disaster. Kozlova is in with 1 minute left in the third after UT adjusts their game plan and features their bigs a lot more. The size mismatch is a much bigger problem yet he thinks we can keep the same small lineup in when things are falling apart. How does Rick not make the obvious adjustments??

That was a tough (2nd) half to watch. The post play was exposed and MT had no answers. None. Agree with the post above they should’ve been up at the half. Really disappointed with the lack of real time adjustments.

Hard to compete against that length when you are short at every position, and a couple of starters are both short and non-athletic for their position. Harper made the necessary adjustments at half-time to use their length and athleticism. There have to be few teams in D-1 women's BkB who are both as short as we are on the perimeter and on the inside.

Sad realization is: We are much further away from being competitive with the Lady Vols than we were when Summitt was coaching and they were one of the premier programs in the nation. Of course, for most of the last decade we haven't been even the best %$&-major program in the state. First UT-C (didn't they beat the LVs once?) for a few years and Belmont has surpassed the Lady Raiders recently.

you can't run off post players with size, it's time for him to retire as he still can't relate to today's players. He has done all he knows how to do

Let Matt or whoever it will be take over, hopefully the bench management will be better. I love that the starters get so much experience but we can do so much better when we have actual post players who literally sit on the bench most of the game and cheerlead. Times have changed!

Exactly. Insell has said in the past that he's not as "adaptable" and he has his style, and this is when it comes back to bite us. Matt, time to take the reins!
