The conservative job creation system:
1) Fire the full time employees and move the job to a new city.
2) Hire two temps at half time, at lower wages, with no benefits, and claim jobs have increased by 100%.
3) Use the profits gained from paying lower wages and no benefits to pay for bonuses for the executives.
