I worry about Lee as well. I'd love to see what he can do as AD for us but worry he won't get that chance.

Took him to lunch when he first got here after he reached out to me. Gave him my personal opinion on the entire department. He listened. I wish him well. He had a tough job here selling this athletic department.

Today is his last day at MT, begins at Baylor next week. He sent out a very nice email to everyone this morning. All my interactions were positive, believe he will do well wherever he goes.
