Agreed. I think Stock will make a great coach, Holcomb not so much

Hicks is a rb coach that preaches ball security like a beast. He has his backs run the 2 brick drill. I'd hire him now. Dwight Smith is doing fine as a DL coach and is moving on up. He's an upgrade over West IMO.
