TN will be fighting the ghost of Summitt forever, there are too many schools now taking basketball serious, not just Uconn, Stanford and UT, the best players have too many options now. They will be a top 25 program but not the Summitt days.
didn't Kermit hire Greg and all of sudden, we started having success? He has to find some hard nose PG, and 2 SG that can get there shot. He needs another 4 that can play and hit a jump shot. He has to get older. I would be looking at kids from low majors that can ball and probably some top guys...
my point was how much the students carry the load 53 million in mandatory athletic fees yearly of a 63 million budget. With that kind of funding could MT get the build blue completed faster and touch up and upgrade the track facilities.
