    That makes a lot of sense for them and I think would be a good home for them as well. If the ACC Big 4 bolts, there's not much left in the ACC (Virginia Tech and Miami?). The B12 would surpass them easily. And you're right, with WVU, Cincy, that's a ready made rivalry and good geographic fit.
