BASKETBALL Middle Tennessee lands Stetson transfer Alec Oglesby

Pretty good get. Almost averaged 11 ppg for Stetson, the ASUN tourney champions and an NCAA tournament team. Shot high volume and high efficiency from 3 (40% on 5.5 3PAs pg). 66% of his FGAs are from 3 so seems like a pure spot-up shooter. Not bad from 2 at 45%. 85% from the stripe. 4.4 rebounds per ain't too shabby. Not a ton of assists but a positive AST:TO ratio is important.
Will be a 5th year senior using his extra season covid eligibility. Previously played for Cleveland State and UNC Wilmington before spending the last two seasons with the Hatters.
