Wow, "coach of the year" out early. I say that in jest because Coach Burks-Wiley did do a good job this season, but we all know who the real COTY in CUSA should have been.
So the coaches in CUSA decided to snub the coach that beat every team in conference by an average of 20 ppg. That's like saying to MT's basketball squad let's try "Poking the Beast" & see how that works out.
Side note to fellow CUSA coaches: "Don't poke the Beast!". But nevermind you've already done it.
Pretty sure we're going to see an angry bunch of Raiders the next couple of games. As Iullia screamed out after punching the Raiders logo on the victory board over UTEP, "No Prisoners!!!"
