Enjoyed Sam Doughton's in depth interview with CNM on this year's upcoming team. Discussed numerous topics from new players getting acclimated to scheduling, etc. Coach seemed very pleased with the team camaraderie that's already developing. You can sense his enthusiasm for what he thinks will be an excellent mix of returning & new players already meshing & creating friendships.
I liked how Coach discussed the "new life" that this team already has to it, you can tell he's liking the team new team make up.

Thought an interesting quote was at 16:45 mark of full interview where coach was talking about how great it is to have players who bring life to a locker room compared to having players that suck life out of locker room. Coach kindly didn't name any names. But when taking that comment & then reading the Lightning's Lounge Eli Lawrence comments you get a peak into some of the previous lockeroom perspectives versus a hopefully new & improved sense of team unity & cohesion.
